How Does a Roblox Party Work?

When you book your event, we will send you a confirmation email and answer any questions. The week before your event, we will send you an email to forward to your guests that includes all the information needed to be prepared for the event.

At the time of the event, your attendees will join a Zoom call and also enter a private Roblox room, which we will provide for the event. Next, the Fun Captain leading the event will guide the group on one of our experiences. These can be escape rooms or building competitions, depending on the group.

For birthday parties we have a time for everyone to sing and celebrate.

At the end of the scheduled time, we will wrap up the event, and the attendees will be able to stay in the room for the next few hours after the event.

What devices are supported?

There are two versions of Minecraft and sadly people using one version cannot be in the same world as those people using another version. For each party, one of the two Minecraft versions needs to be selected. If you do not know which one to select, we can help you to determine which version is right for your party.

Here are the two options:

1) Minecraft Java

Minecraft Java was the original Minecraft and can only be played on PCs and Macs.

For PC or Mac: Minecraft Java Edition | Minecraft

2) Minecraft Bedrock (Including Pocket Edition and Windows 10 Edition)

Minecraft Bedrock is the newer version of Minecraft that can be played on mobile devices as well as some gaming consoles and PCs. For our parties, we currently cannot support the Xbox and the Nintendo Switch edition as there are difficulties in joining an external server with them.

For PC: Minecraft for Windows 10 | Minecraft

For Android: Minecraft for Andriod

For iPhone & iPad: Minecraft Pocket Edition

What if some guests are together in the same location and some are remote?

That is totally fine. The majority of our parties are hybrid parties where there are a group of guests in one location, and then other attendees are remote.

What if people haven’t played video games before?

We have that covered! We have designed these experiences to be about collaboration and teamwork. If you put any group of people together, you will have different levels of experience with playing video games, and we ensure that everyone has a great time at our games. If you are concerned about this, please reach out, and we will make sure to accommodate your group.
